"Having experienced team building exercise days with former employers, it’s fair to say I had my reservations on how beneficial a workshop could be. However, I was happily proven wrong last week, attending the ‘ALFA Leadership Development Workshop’ ran by Neil Sheehan."
With a clear wealth of personal life experience and a down to earth approach, everyone in attendance, even the quieter amongst our group, felt comfortable getting involved and participating fully, both in the class room and in the outdoor sessions (which I’m sworn to secrecy on). Cleverly designed content, allowing each delegate to take something beneficial and of personal relevance away with them.
